Germany-based Theegarten-Pactec will be exhibiting the FPC5 horizontal flowpack machine at the ProSweets 2013 event.

FPC5/280 model variant extends the wrapping material area to widths of up to 280mm, and product format widths of up to 120mm which enables producers to flowpack chocolate products in a 100g format and larger formats, according to fnbnews.com.

FPC5 can also be retrofitted to extended requirements at a later stage.

During the trade fair, the modular wrapping machine will package chocolate coated wafer bars.

The model is also designed for molded and coated chocolate products, coated wafers, biscuits, cereals and other food and non-food products having similar demands on product handling in flow packing.
